DiSNPindel is a free package to academic users. It provides a simple yet efficient solution to automatically find intra-individual single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertion/deletion polymorphisms (Indels)in direct amplicon sequencing of a diploid sample. It is able to analyze single .ab1 and/or .scf chromatogram files.
